IMPORTANT COMPANY CHANGE

At the recent Annual General Meeting held on 30 November 2011 shareholders passed a resolution to approve a company name change.

Accordingly, the company has now changed its name from Emerson Stewart Group Limited to OTOC Limited. 

For ASX purposes, the ASX code has now changed to "OTC" the effective date for the name and ASX code change is 19 December 2011.
