Thomas Durr is a mining and mineral process engineer with 25 years experience in minerals process, chemicals, pharmaceutical and oil & gas industries. Most recently he has held a Project Director role with Turner and Townsend and was responsible for the growth of the capital projects group for the Australian Resources sector.

Prior to Turner and Townsend, Thomas was Project Operations Director with Bovis Lend Lease Technology for the UK North/Central Europe and Middle Eastern regions and Head of European Project Management with Nova Chemicals. Thomas also spent a number of years with Kvaerner Process in the USA where he held various positions in both project and operations management and was responsible for re-engineering Kvaerner's capital project execution strategy. 

Thomas specialises in project management, program management, business process reengineering and business development of which he has displayed the ability to transfer their skills into a number of industries and across international businesses.
