tw³ = the way we work

Emerson Stewart's tw3 provides the framework and structure that embodies everything we do. In parallel with the implementation of Oracle Financials, tw3 is currently migrating to a web based platform enabling access by all Emerson Stewart employees and contractors regardless of their location. tw3 provides the central communication, storage and systems point for all of our internal and client based projects.

tw3 comprises four main components each containing policies, procedures, templates and guidelines necessary to ensure consistency, accuracy and safety in all aspects of our work. The four sections of tw3 are :-

• tw3 Corporate including all the Emerson Stewart administrative, financial and internal functions and processes
• tw3 Team+ incorporating everything required to recruit and retain the Emerson Stewart people
• tw3 Marketing for consistency in branding and how we are seen by our customers, shareholders and the industry
• tw3 Projects for the core of our business.

tw3 is based on the relevant industry best practices. Many of our people are actively involved in industry bodies helping to provide input to world's best practices while ensuring currency of tw3. The culture of Emerson Stewart is captured in tw3.
