Emerson Stewart Group Limited (ASX: ESW) is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as the engineers for Henley Brook, the latest masterplanned residential community for Multiplex Living, the residential development division of Brookfield Multiplex. Emerson Stewart will provide civil, electrical and urban water consultancy services to the project.
Henley Brook is located in the Swan Valley, approximately 17km north of the Perth CBD and will ultimately provide some 1,250 new residential lots with associated commercial and community facilities, including a new town centre. Project development will commence mid 2010 with first lots released to the market towards the end of 2010.
Emerson Stewart's CEO Dario Amara said the appointment reaffirmed the Company's growing reputation in the urban development market.
